SIRLOIN STEAK - Pan-seared sirloin steak with sauteed mushrooms in a veal demi-gloss.
NEW YORK PORK STEAK - Grilled New York style pork steak in a white wine sauce with rosemary & shallots
CHICKEN PICCATA - Thinly sliced chicken break prepared in a light butter & white wine sauce with lemon and capers.
NORTHWEST SALMON FILLET - Fresh salmon fillete, grilled & served with citrus beurre blanc and fresh lemon.

A guest is able to attend 1 free meeting. After their initial invitation, subsequent meetings will be charged to the member at $50 per meeting.
